Median delivery
A productized service shipped as a self-serve product.
Logo Express is a productized identity service whose value proposition is delivery speed without quality loss.

Context, constraint, and the part that mattered.
The brief was to make the experience itself feel productized — a single self-serve flow from brief to handover, with the studio's operating workflow embedded inside the customer's view of the order. We rebuilt the brand around the proposition (24-hour delivery, no template work) and shipped a site whose order flow is the operating pipeline rather than a wrapper around it. The result is a service whose customers no longer need to email anyone to know where their order is.
What we did, in the order we did it.
- 01
A flow that is the workflow
The customer-facing order flow is the operating workflow. There is no second system the studio uses behind the scenes — the same record drives both views.
- 02
Brand as proposition
The brand was rebuilt to look exactly as fast as the service is. Every visual decision reinforces the proposition; nothing decorates it.
